Dylan started Kindergarten with a big grin on his face and his best friend Caylie by his side!! Having Dylan in preschool really had me prepared for this moment.... I held it together... even when he went through the door and didn't turn to give me a wave goodbye.BUT... waiting for the big yellow school bus and seeing Dylan give me a big wave in the window and jump off with excitement after riding for almost an hour... did me in!! The feeling of him gaining that little bit more independence... and us parents trying to give up a little dependence... is hard on the ole heart strings!!
