Maybe this doesn't look that appetizing but it was really quite yummy!The "meat" portion is a portobello mushroom stuffed with mild italian sausage from Safeway. The kids even liked it... which is a challenge at the best of times!!
Served with a nice glass of "sweetish" wine... delish!!
